I’ve been seeing Michael (acupuncture) and Jenny (physio) and they’ve both helped me so much. They really listen to my concerns, answer all my questions and explain things in a way that makes sense to me. As someone with autism, I really appreciate how patient and understanding they are. They help me feel calm and not anxious during treatments. You can tell they actually care and go out of their way to make sure you feel supported. Michael is also known for helping cancer patients and he’s incredibly kind and empathetic. He has an excellent bedside manner and always takes the time to explain all the things I don’t understand.
